Had a Negative Therapy Experience?

I feel like I am hearing this more and more often as we see big box platforms and AI tools enter into the field. That isn't to say all of them are bad or that they don't have some value. The greatest thing about those platforms is that it brings more therapeutic options to more people and the exposure to mental health resources is great. But maybe what they have to offer is just that, a jumping off point, an exposure to the benefits of therapy?   • THERAPY: I work with College age kids (as long as they are in the state of CA) and up. The journey we take from that jumping off point of college to thriving in the Silicon Valley whether is be as a student, a professional, an athlete, andor a parent can be tricking and dynamic. Sometimes we all need a place to stop and sort through the parts of this journey through life with a professional. Some find they stay with me for years for the consistent and focused support and others find they just need a few sessions to help them reset. Whatever your your need is I am here. MICROCURRENT NEUROFEEDBACK: There is no age restriction (ages 0-99) for MCN and anyone and everyone can benefit from the device in some way. Anxiety Depression, TBI or Concussion injury, brain fog, peak performance in sports, academic, andor professionally are just a few ways people have reported improvements. Sessions are 30 min long and done in the office 2-5x a week depending on availability and most people need about 16-20 sessions.
