As licensed clinicians, we focus on meeting with clients who are dealing with trauma, depression, anxiety, personality challenges, and mood challenges. We also help those who need someone to talk to about life stressors and life decisions. Strength doesn’t come from what you can do. It comes from overcoming the things you once thought you couldn’t. Together, we will reframe negative thoughts into positive ones, build skills to manage intrusive thoughts, and learn how to focus on your strengths.

The owner of HTC, Erin Richard, opened the practice in August 2021. We started with one clinician and one office. Since then, we’ve grown to 10 clinicians and five office locations within the Tampa Bay area, including Tampa. Our goal is to offer counseling services to people all over Florida, so everyone has access to the mental health services they want and/or need. Healing Thoughts Counseling has six locations, with offices in Tampa, Lakeland, Wesley Chapel, Clearwater, St. Petersburg, and New Port Richey.
