My Approach to Therapy
In my experience, people's lives get conditioned to their problems. I work to find opportunities in conditions that can be difficult to find.
Learning is an essential key to navigating yourself and those you are in a relationship with. Yet, it is only when the mind (understanding) is integrated with the body (intuition and a felt sense of experience) that healing and freer movement can be found. In my practice, passion drives the ship and reason to navigate us safely through the water. The goal is a well-traveled life that arrives at a secure destination we are happy to find. My space is carpeted, couched, and done in warmth - a comfortable setting for your work to be done.

I find that play, imagination, and the depth of human experience are essential to growth with clients. I believe you are the best person in your life to find what you need most. And yet, I believe deeply in education and learning. Working with me, you will be offered the opportunity to grow and to learn.

My Therapy Focus
My focus in therapy is relationship. This includes the client-therapist relationship, how you relate to yourself, and how you relate to others. The way you work with yourself and others is at the root of who you are and what is possible.
A marked difference in my approach to relationship as therapy is my belief that strengthening a relationship will in itself resolve many of the unwanted patterns and difficulties in your life. In this way I seek to secure the relationship so that safe independence and secure boundaries can be found. This is as true with a family or couple, as it is between you and your thoughts, emotions, and even your dreams.
