Peace & Blessings! My name is Erica Paschel and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor based in Atlanta, GA, and working with clients statewide via telehealth. I work with adolescents and young adults to support them in learning how to connect both their mind and body. I show up for my clients with a collaborative focus in which we are working side-by-side together as a team on their journey of healing. Rapport building is very important in creating a therapeutic relationship and a brave space. I use different icebreakers, prompts, exercises, and others that support my client(s) in processing their presenting issues. I also gently challenge and hold my client(s) accountable in therapeutic homework, actions, transparency, and feedback. This is the space to strengthen their voice and self-image. This is a safe place to fall apart only to realize one is falling right into place.
