My Approach to Therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, compassionate, and centered on creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can feel comfortable exploring their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. I work with teens, young adults, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, self-esteem concerns, and life transitions. I believe healing happens when clients feel genuinely supported and connected, and I take a whole-person approach that considers the mind, body, and emotional experience throughout the therapeutic process.

My Role as a Therapist

As a therapist, my role is to provide a nurturing and empowering space where clients feel heard, understood, and supported as they work toward meaningful growth and healing. I use evidence-based approaches including CBT, trauma-focused therapy, psychodynamic work, mindfulness, and compassion-focused techniques to tailor therapy to each client’s unique needs and goals. Together, we’ll focus on building self-awareness, emotional resilience, healthy coping strategies, and lasting change.
