What's My Approach to Therapy?

Hi, I'm Emily, a therapist specializing in adolescents and young adults (ages 13–26). Whether your teen is wrestling with anxiety, perfectionism, trauma, or identity questions, I offer a space where they’re met with warmth, curiosity, and respect. My approach helps teens gain a deeper understanding of themselves and develop the tools they need to manage life’s challenges. Why teens? Adolescence is a second wave of brain development and a window of incredible opportunity for growth. Patterns are still being shaped, making it the ideal time to shift how young people relate to themselves, others, and the world.
