Every person comes to therapy with their own experiences, needs, and goals. As a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern, I use a warm, integrative approach, thoughtfully adapting our work to fit the person in front of me rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all method. I work with children, preteens, teens, and women experiencing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and life transitions. Depending on your needs, I may incorporate cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), attachment-based work, play therapy, and person-centered approaches. For younger clients, I create an engaging and supportive environment where they can express themselves in ways that feel natural. With teens and women, I offer a collaborative space to explore emotions, understand patterns, strengthen confidence, and develop practical tools for everyday life. Above all, I want therapy to feel welcoming, supportive, and centered around what matters most to you.

I provide therapy through Revive to Thrive Therapies, a welcoming group practice in Palm Harbor, Florida.
