I want to help you make meaningful and lasting changes in order to improve your quality of life. I enjoy working with adults who seek to deeper understand themselves and wish to gain increased self awareness. I also enjoy treating other therapists! I like to utilize psychodynamic therapies and currently am a trainee at the Cincinnati Psychoanalytic Institute with hopes to further my training in analysis. I offer in person and telehealth sessions in Lexington, KY as well as telehealth sessions to clients located in New York, NY. In my current role, I help adults struggling with mental health issues break down barriers so they can start living the life they want. I offer clinical supervision to CSW in KY. I offer consultations for therapists who may be interested in psychodynamic work andor private practice.

I am located in Kentucky however licensed to see clients in Kentucky and New York. I see clients in New York via telehealth.
