What's My Approach to Therapy?
My approach to therapy is meeting you right where you're at, starting with our sessions being virtual because it makes therapy more realistic. I specialize in both teen and women's health, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, perinatal health and wellness, and eating issues. I offer emotional support and actionable strategies that you can put to use right away.
My Practice & Services
You are not alone if you are feeling like you can't keep up, you're overstimulated but also bored, anxious, excessively guilty or regretful or just not feeling like yourself. I have a particular interest in helping women find themselves and their joy again. I am a genuine, empathetic, and supportive listener. My sessions are intentionally virtual so I can meet you right where you are and I specialize in women's health and wellness.
I will be a place for you to unload your stress and when appropriate I'll offer insight and practical strategies to help alleviate (perinatal) depression andor anxiety, relationship distress, and the feelings of being overwhelmed. Life transitions, even good ones, are still transitions. Career changes, marriage, motherhood, parenting, stress, I'm here to help.
