My Approach to Helping
I provide individual and couple therapy and I am certified in Trauma Informed Stabilization Treatment. I offer a compassionate approach to therapeutic work and am skilled at attuning with my client’s unique situation. I assist my clients to map out a plan to overcome obstacles and find a healthy solutions and I facilitate a healing therapeutic environment, providing the space for clients to draw out their inherent strengths and achieve desired outcomes in their lives.
