In our work together, I will prioritize creating a welcoming and supportive space where you are met with empathy and respect. In my work you, I will aim to combine the best of both worlds of explorative, depth-orientated therapy and practical problem-solving, to support you in navigating whatever is currently challenging whether that is anxiety, depression, self-esteem, relationship issues, or other struggles. I draw on training in psychology, personality theory, and philosophy to guide our therapy sessions, approaching therapy as both a craft and a collaborative process shaped around your unique experiences and goals. My work is informed primarily, though not exclusively, by psychodynamic-analytic therapy, attachment-focused therapy, existential therapy, and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) therapy.

I am currently offering online psychotherapy and counseling via a secure platform throughout Boston and the state of Massachusetts. I have evening openings available.
