What's My Approach to Therapy?

My approach to healing is collaborative and grounded in research-based therapies. I often work with clients who have experienced childhood trauma or early life hardships, as well as those looking to understand and change patterns in their adult behaviors and thoughts. Together, we explore how past experiences influence present challenges. As a first-generation Mexican-American, I bring cultural awareness and personal insight into the unique struggles faced by the BIPOC community. I also support clients in understanding their attachment styles, which can offer powerful insight into how they relate to others and themselves.
