I offer counseling services in English and Spanish. I help individuals and couples find relief from their issues, relationships and improve their quality of life.
The couples I work with in therapy receive professional guidance and support as they improve their communication skills, restore trust, strengthen their emotional bond, and increase intimacy. When providing individual therapy, I help my clients to reduce anxiety, improve their interpersonal skills, increase confidence, strengthen their relationships, and experience personal growth. I am comfortable treating a variety of concerns and specialize in helping people with addiction and substance abuse issues.
