I am a licensed therapist specializing in trauma therapy, offering in-person and virtual services to clients in Texas and California. I have specialized training working with trauma survivors, including those impacted by sexual assault, molestation, and intimate partner violence. With nearly 20 years of experience, I help clients recognize, understand, and process trauma and its many associated symptoms. These include depression, anxiety, posttraumatic stress (PTSD) therapy, self-esteem and self-worth concerns, grief therapy, relationship therapy, and more. You can expect a safe, guided process where you gain insight and prioritize healing. I use a client-centered approach within a feminist therapy framework that unpacks the impacts of trauma, considers your unique needs, and honors the many identities you hold. I also use a variety of insight-oriented techniques to help you make connections that deepen self-awareness and open pathways to change. I currently have immediate virtual and in-person availability.
