I will do all I can, to enable and guide them throughout their journey in the shortest and beneficial period of time. rnThe assessment period is normally carried out in no more than 12 online sessions [ held weekly], in a respectful manner, with advice and following the assessment with appropriate letters of recommendation for surgery and [hormones, if required] which are valid in the USA Thailand and other countries worldwide
