What's My Approach to Therapy?
I provide a supportive and confidential setting in a collaborative manner to understand your challenges and create meaningful, lasting change. My theoretical orientation is behavioral psychology that involves evidence-based psychotherapies supported by the integration of performance psychology mental resiliency skills for therapeutic coping and recovery. Whether you are dealing with trauma, anxiety, stress, depression, anger, struggle with negative thoughts and memories, have a fear of social interaction, and or feel guilt, my psychotherapy approach works and will work for you.
My integrated psychotherapy approach is focused on how thinking affects behavior, and how replacing negative thoughts and emotions with positive thoughts and emotions creates a ‘new normal’ for productive mental wellbeing and positive daily living.
