Dr. Chinedu Akubudike is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Maryland and Washington, DC, with over 18 years of experience providing comprehensive mental health services to adults, adolescents, and children. I am committed to helping individuals and families navigate life’s challenges and build healthier, more fulfilling lives. My approach to therapy is grounded in respect, empathy, and unconditional positive regard. I utilize a range of evidence-based counseling techniques tailored to each client’s unique needs. As a Certified Cognitive-Behavioral Therapist (CBT), I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help clients develop practical coping skills, restructure negative thought patterns, and improve emotional regulation.
