If you are struggling with low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, substance use, or addiction, and are unable to cope with everyday life issues, I have the skills and experience to help you learn and grow exponentially. Using a trauma-informed approach, I specialize in mental health, addiction, and co-occurring conditions, with extensive inpatient and outpatient psychiatric hospital and treatment center experience. I help people who struggle with issues such as relationships, depression, anxiety, mood regulation, trauma, poor decision-making, and poor self-image.
