What's My Approach to Therapy?

If you are struggling with low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, substance use, or addiction, and are unable to cope with everyday life issues, I have the skills and experience to help you learn and grow exponentially. My clients are those who struggle in relationships, find themselves isolating, have trouble at work, legal issues, gambling, codependency, and even with life in general. You may benefit from learning how to communicate more effectively, being more authentic and genuine, building a solid support system, doing things you enjoy again, and learning how to ask for help. Take a step and find your happiness!

Using a trauma-informed approach, I specialize in mental health, addiction, and co-occurring conditions, with extensive inpatient and outpatient psychiatric hospital and treatment center experience. I help people who struggle with issues such as relationships, depression, anxiety, mood regulation, trauma, poor decision-making, and poor self-image.

We all need a little help to see our full potential. At times, we find ourselves scaling a wall where we have no business or need. Depression, anxiety, and substances often take control of our lives, seemingly leaving no hope or escape. Individual therapy tailored to your specific needs can be life-changing. Learn to be your authentic self.
