What's My Approach to Therapy?

Hello! I'm so glad you're here! My name is Diane Crockett. I am a licensed professional counselor. I am licensed in the states of Georgia and Illinois. I have a background in substance abuse and working with clients who have chronic diseases. I am here to support individuals and families as they address their mental health challenges.

My Practice & Services

The tone of the environment that I create for my clients is rooted in compassion and understanding. I use my active listening skills which really help me do a check-in with my client so that I can understand the message that they are conveying. Building rapport with my clients is also important so that therapeutic trust is established. This supported environment allows me to help clients develop coping strategies, build resilience, and navigate challenges.
