What's My Approach to Therapy?
I believe people make sense when we understand what they’ve lived through. My approach to therapy is grounded in the belief that challenges like anxiety, burnout, relationship conflict, or feeling stuck are not personal failures — they are often understandable responses to stress, unmet needs, and past experiences.
I work from a trauma-informed, attachment-focused perspective, helping individuals and couples understand patterns that keep them feeling overwhelmed or disconnected. Together, we slow things down, build awareness, and create space for more intentional choices — both internally and in relationships. Therapy with me is collaborative and practical, focused on helping you feel more grounded, confident, and connected.
I aim to offer a space that feels safe, respectful, and non-judgmental, while also being honest and thoughtful. I’m not here to give quick fixes or clichés, but to help you make meaningful, sustainable changes at a pace that feels right for you. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, relationship stress, or a major life transition, my goal is to support you in understanding yourself more deeply and moving forward with greater clarity and self-compassion.
