My goal as a therapist is to provide a supportive, collaborative, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel safe exploring challenges, building insight, and developing practical tools for change. I value authenticity, and I believe that meaningful therapeutic relationships are grounded in trust and respect. Outside of my professional work, I enjoy spending time biking, hiking, and creating pottery. These activities help me maintain balance and creativity in my own life, and they reinforce the importance of self-care and connection. I understand that beginning therapy can feel vulnerable, and I strive to make the process approachable for each client.
