My Approach to Therapy

If you are feeling confused, drained, or like you have lost yourself in a relationship, you are not alone, and you are not imagining things. I specialize in helping individuals recover from relational trauma, including narcissistic abuse. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling emotionally exhausted, stuck in cycles of self-doubt, or questioning their own reality after experiencing manipulation, gaslighting, or chronic invalidation. Together, we work to make sense of what you have been through and begin the process of rebuilding your sense of self. My approach is compassionate, validating, and grounded in a deep understanding of trauma and attachment. I provide a space where you dont have to explain or justify your experience. Youll be met with clarity, respect, and genuine support. At the same time, I help you gently untangle the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, so you can move forward with greater confidence and self-trust. Clients often tell me they feel both deeply understood and meaningfully challenged in our sessions. I balance warmth with honesty, helping you not only feel supported but also empowered to create lasting change. Healing from relational trauma is not about blaming yourself or endlessly revisiting the past, its about reclaiming your voice, your clarity, and your sense of self. If you are ready to begin that process, I am here to walk alongside you.

My Practice & Services

In our work together, you can expect to: - Rebuild trust in your own thoughts, feelings, and instincts - Understand the dynamics of narcissistic and emotionally abusive relationships - Set and maintain healthy boundaries without guilt - Process the emotional impact of what you have experienced - Reconnect with your identity, needs, and values

How My Own Struggles Made Me a Better Therapist

My path to becoming a therapist is shaped not only by professional training, but by meaningful personal experiences that have deepened my understanding of relational pain, healing, and growth. Because of this, I bring more than clinical knowledge into the room. I bring genuine empathy, attunement, and respect for how complex and non-linear the healing process can be. I understand what it feels like to question yourself, to navigate difficult relationship dynamics, and to work toward reclaiming your sense of clarity and self-trust. This perspective allows me to meet people with both compassion and honesty, creating a space where you feel truly seen while also supported in making meaningful change.
