My Approach to Therapy
Hi, my name is Devon Herndon and I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), licensed in Colorado and Arizona. Helping clients move through depression, anxiety, trauma (PTSD), life transitions and family-of-origin issues are my main focus areas of practice.
My communications tyle is very conversational. I engage with my clients throughout the session, there is a lot of back and forth. I also recognize the importance and value of silence in a session, so I'm comfortable sitting in it. While I can be direct, when needed, I also like to incorporate humor.
