My Approach to Helping
Racing thoughts and feeling overwhelmed each day can negatively impact how you feel overall and can lead to depression, anxiety, or low self-esteem. Understanding why these thoughts have developed and why they continue can lead to daily improvement and long term healing. I can help get to the root of racing thoughts, sadness, and worry so you can begin to experience your life in a happier and healthier way. And while you are building and developing a strong sense of self, I will also work with you to develop coping skills to alleviate day to day symptoms of stress, anxiety, and depression.
