My Approach to Therapy
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, a National Certified Counselor, and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. I specialize in trauma‑focused therapy for adult female survivors of sexual, physical, mental, verbal, and emotional abuse.
My training allows me to offer a holistic, integrative approach that empowers women to develop autonomy and reclaim a sense of control over their decisions and life choices. In our work together, clients are encouraged to identify and process unhelpful thought patterns, manage overwhelming emotions, and cultivate healthy self‑awareness, self‑value, self‑acceptance, self‑forgiveness, and self‑love.
Clients also learn practical, healthy coping techniques to help manage the emotional and physiological symptoms of trauma. I provide a safe, non‑judgmental environment where openness to change, transparency, and honesty with oneself and others are supported and encouraged. My treatment process is eclectic and personalized to meet the unique needs of each individual.

My Practice & Services
I offer both in?person and virtual therapy sessions to provide flexibility and accessibility based on your comfort and needs. Each therapy session is 50 minutes, giving us dedicated time to explore your goals, process your experiences, and work toward meaningful, sustainable change.
