Adults feel the rupture of this 'direct impact,' while children are left with the residual 'shock waves.' The goal of 'transitional therapy' is to leave harmful relationships behind and master healthy communication and coping skills. Together, let's focus on this holistic process, overcoming this season, denying generational scars, and creating a pathway of healing.
With our G.L.O.W. method, the goal is for individuals, couples, and families to create healthy, happy homes by identifying and resolving conflicts. This can be achieved through heightened self-care, enhanced compassion and communication, and strengthened emotional ties; overcoming doubts, disappointments, and differing perspectives.
