My Approach to Therapy

Dawn Grochowiak is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 20 years of experience working with individuals, children and adolescents, and families. There is not a “one size fits all” approach to therapy, so Dawn spends time understanding her clients’ experiences. Dawn works to develop a personalized approach to address issues like stress, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and family or relationship concerns. Dawn is passionate about building on clients’ strengths, instilling hope, and providing a safe, warm, and accepting space to look inside and explore thoughts and feelings.

My Practice & Services

Dawn received a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Rutgers University. Dawn began her career in a mental health setting founded on principles of Quaker treatment and grounded in client-centered care. Dawn uses various treatment approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), family therapy, and mindfulness. Navigating the ups and downs of life can feel heavy sometimes. Regardless of what brings you to therapy, Dawn is a seasoned clinician and Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in New Hampshire, ready to support you and help you build the skills necessary to achieve your goals.
