My Approach to Therapy

I specialize in acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), blending it with proven techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), family systems, and narrative therapy. My mission isn't just to "talk"; it’s to help you develop the resilience and psychological flexibility you need to face life's inevitable challenges head-on. We are on this journey together. I don’t claim to have every answer, but I promise to be a steady, honest guide as you find your own. I believe that while we all face struggles that remind us we need support, you already have the capacity for incredible growth. Let’s work together to create a clear direction toward your most confident, resilient self. I value your independence, and I want to help you build a practical toolkit so you can make confident, authentic decisions for yourself.

My Practice & Services

I provide online services only. If you're interested in finding out more about me and the philosophy I use. I don’t need you to agree with me. I will poke and prod at the therapeutic philosophy you bring to help, hopefully, facilitate reflection on how best to answer for yourself how you establish rapport and how you help facilitate change in a client, but at no time do I need carbon copies of my therapeutic philosophy and intervention strategies.

My Therapy Focus

Narrative - Values - Behavior Values are held within a narrative or personal storyperspective as guideposts for what is important to you. Narrative or personal stories provide the map for which Values are important in a given situation. Behavior is the result of supporting that Narrative through the Values within a particular social context. Different social situations will draw out different Values to focus on and ways to connect with your worldview. What do you consider the essential qualities of a good business to be? A healthy relationship? These questions and others provide the foundation of identifying what Values matter to you. How you show up through your actions is the way you seek to support them.
