My Approach to Therapy

I am a mental health therapist specializing in addiction recovery, anxiety challenges, and trauma. Life can often feel like a series of overwhelming transitions when you face addiction, anxiety, or the lingering effects of trauma. If you feel stuck in old patterns or disconnected from yourself, I want you to know that there is space for healing. I provide a compassionate, nonjudgmental environment for posttraumatic stress therapy (posttraumatic stress (PTSD) therapy) and grief therapy, where we can explore your story together and build the insight needed to create lasting, meaningful change. You deserve care that's individualized, not one-size-fits-all. My approach is down-to-earth and integrative, blending brain science with a deep respect for your lived experience. Using tools like internal family systems, somatic practices and anxiety treatment cognitive behavioral therapy, we'll look at the "why" behind the patterns keeping you stuck, moving toward a recovery that feels authentic and sustainable. With degrees in both Social Work and Neuroscience, I offer a grounded, deeply human perspective. I have extensive experience supporting individuals from all walks of life, including those trying to conquer recovery, navigate the legal system, or process deep grief. I meet you exactly where you are, with no judgment and a real plan to move forward.
