I help older teens and adults with attention-deficit hyperactivity (ADHD), anxiety, and autism reduce overwhelm, build routines that actually stick, and feel more in control of daily life. My work is practical and structured, focused on helping people function with more ease to reduce daily friction in ways that work for their brains. I’m a teletherapy-only practice, and I’m currently accepting new clients in Ohio and Washington.
