What's My Approach to Therapy?
If you’re here, you might be feeling overwhelmed, stuck in your own head, emotionally drained, or unsure where to even start. Maybe things look fine on the outside, but internally, you’re carrying a lot, questioning patterns, relationships, or the direction your life is taking. You want clarity, relief, and space to slow down, reflect, and finally exhale without feeling judged or rushed.
I work from a calm, collaborative, and honest place. Therapy with me isn’t about being told what to do or feeling analyzed. It’s about taking the time to make sense of yourself, your emotions, and the experiences that shaped you. Together, we look at how your past connects to your current world, how earlier relationships and life experiences still show up today, and why certain patterns keep repeating. I focus on helping you process emotions fully, build awareness, and strengthen emotional regulation in a way that feels realistic and supportive, not overwhelming.
Our work together looks like open conversation, thoughtful reflection, and practical insight you can actually apply to your daily life. I pay close attention to how your thoughts, emotions, relationships, and history connect, and we move at a pace that feels safe for you. Some sessions feel grounding and steady, while others go deeper as you’re ready to explore more.
I aim to create a space where you feel seen, understood, and supported as a whole person. You don’t need to have everything figured out or know exactly what you want to say before starting. We take the time to unpack things, make meaning of your experiences, and work through emotions together, one step at a time.
My Practice & Services
I am part of a group practice. All administrative matters, including scheduling, insurance verification, billing, and payment details, are handled by the practice’s administrative team. For questions related to insurance coverage, fees, or payment, please contact the office.
I currently provide individual therapy services via telehealth under clinical supervision, in accordance with state licensing requirements.
My Role as a Therapist
My role as a therapist is to offer a steady, grounded space where clients can slow down, reflect, and better understand themselves. I approach therapy as a collaborative process, not one where I tell people what to do, but one where we explore together what feels true, meaningful, and possible.
I work from the belief that real growth happens when a person feels genuinely seen, heard, and respected. In sessions, I focus on helping clients make sense of their inner experiences, patterns, and relationships with greater clarity and self compassion. I pay close attention to pacing, emotional safety, and each client?s individual needs, recognizing that no two people or processes are the same.
I aim to be present, thoughtful, and honest in my work. I support clients in developing insight, strengthening self trust, and navigating life transitions with more confidence and intention. My role is not to rush change, but to help clients build understanding and resilience in ways that feel sustainable and authentic to who they are.
My Therapy Focus
My work is relational and insight-oriented, grounded in helping people better understand how they think, feel, relate, and protect themselves in the world. I work with adults navigating anxiety, self-doubt, identity questions, emotional overwhelm, and life transitions, especially when things look fine on the outside but do not feel that way internally.
I take an integrative approach to therapy, drawing from cognitive, psychodynamic, relational, and mindfulness-based frameworks. Rather than using a one-size-fits-all model, I tailor our work to your needs, pace, and lived experience. Therapy with me is collaborative and reflective, with space for curiosity, honesty, and emotional safety.
I focus on helping clients recognize patterns, build insight, and develop a more trusting relationship with themselves, so they can move through life with greater clarity and confidence.
