I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist providing trauma therapy to individuals, families, and groups of all ages in-person and online. I support people in healing wounds carried from early life, ancestry, and beyond. I work with conditioning from traumatic experiences in all forms. Whether youre wondering what therapy is or seeking deep healing, I provide a safe, compassionate space to explore what youre going through, uncover the roots of your distress, and access practical resources for calming the mind, engaging the bodys natural intelligence, and reconnecting with your own capacity to heal. My personal healing journey, combined with years of experience and training, shapes my lifes work and fuels my commitment to supporting deep, lasting healing. Im clinically trained in types of therapy, including psychodynamic work, attachment-oriented approaches, and trauma-focused methods. I also draw from behavioral therapy techniques and body-based modalities, such as mind-body connection work and inner parts work, to support nervous system regulation, connect with the inner child and access parts of yourself that may have been hidden from view. Additionally, Im trained in energetic and intuitive approaches that can help you connect with the spiritual aspects of your healing journey and life path.
