Are you feeling unmotivated, moody, or have run into some sort of life obstacle? Are you too shy or socially isolated? Do you worry too much about tomorrow or the future? My goal is to help you unblock obstacles and help you reach your goals at your own pace. We will work together to improve your quality of life. I currently treat adolescents, children, adults, families, as well as couples.
I am a Bilingual Mental Health Counselor and Psychotherapist. I've been working in the area of human services for over twenty years. I help people of all ages strengthen their executive skills in efforts to decrease and even eliminate weaknesses responsible for instability.
