My Approach to Therapy

You may be the person everyone depends on—the one who keeps showing up, solving problems, and carrying responsibilities for your family, career, or community. From the outside, your life may look successful, but internally you feel exhausted, disconnected, anxious, or uncertain about who you are beyond what you do for others. I help men who are struggling with burnout, perfectionism, self-worth issues, self-doubt, relationship challenges, and questions about identity, meaning, and purpose. Many of the people I work with are professionals, healthcare providers, business owners, and fathers who have spent years meeting expectations while neglecting their own needs. My approach is challenging, practical, and reflective. Together, we'll explore the patterns, beliefs, and experiences that have shaped your life while developing concrete strategies to help you manage stress, improve relationships, and move toward the life you want to live. I believe meaningful change happens when you gain a deeper understanding of yourself and begin making choices that align with your values rather than your fears. Therapy is not about fixing what's wrong with you. It's about helping you reconnect with who you are, build resilience, and create a life that feels more authentic, purposeful, and fulfilling.

My Practice & Services

My practice is designed to provide a challenging yet supportive, thoughtful, and growth-oriented space for men who are ready to better understand themselves and make meaningful changes in their lives. I offer telehealth therapy, allowing clients to access care from the privacy and convenience of their own homes. Many of the men I work with are balancing demanding careers, relationships, parenting responsibilities, and personal expectations. Therapy provides an opportunity to step away from those demands, gain perspective, and focus on your own growth and well-being. In addition to addressing concerns such as anxiety, burnout, self-worth, and relationship challenges, our work may explore identity, purpose, values, and what it means to live a more authentic and fulfilling life. My goal is to help clients develop greater self-awareness, emotional resilience, and confidence so they can show up more fully in their work, relationships, and everyday lives.

Groups I Work With

I primarily work with adult men who are navigating the pressures of career, relationships, fatherhood, and personal growth. Many of my clients are professionals, physicians, health care providers, business owners, entrepreneurs, leaders, first responders, veterans, and other high-achieving individuals who are struggling with anxiety, burnout, perfectionism, self-worth issues, life transitions, or questions about identity and purpose. I also work with husbands, fathers, and men who want to improve communication, strengthen relationships, develop emotional awareness, and create a more meaningful and balanced life. My practice is especially well-suited for people who are successful by most external measures but feel stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or uncertain about what comes next.
