Many adults feel anxious and stressed when trying to reach their personal and career goals, all while trying to balance the daily demands. Ignoring these feelings can take a toll on your mind and body. I take a mindful approach to help clients develop a sense of joy and peace. Clients describe me as a calming presence that helps them feel grounded. I have even been known to teach mindfulness strategies during our session. It can be scary to be present in dark moments, but I support and guide you to shift negative thinking and learned patterns into healthy ones. Im a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) and Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) practicing in Arizona with a Masters degree from the University of Arizona. I support clients in English and Spanish.
