My Approach to Therapy

As an AuDHD therapist, I understand neurodivergence from both the clinical side and the lived-experience side. My approach centers on collaboration, not compliance. I don't believe in therapy goals aimed at making you look "less autistic" or "more normal." Instead, we work together to build coping strategies that fit your actual brain, using dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT) techniques within a strengths-based, anti-masking framework. Whether you're formally diagnosed, self-identified, or still figuring it out, my goal is to help you understand yourself better and build a life that feels sustainable, not one that just looks acceptable from the outside.

Groups I Work With

Neurodivergent people across the lifespan — children, teens, and adults. A formal diagnosis is never required; self-identified and questioning individuals are equally welcome. I also work with families who want to better understand and connect with their neurodivergent child, offering support and psychoeducation to help parents move from managing behavior to actually understanding the person in front of them.
