What's My Approach to Therapy?
I’m Crystal Jerome, a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW), primarily working with women who are navigating fertility, grief and loss, pregnancy and postpartum, and motherhood. I use various approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), attachment-focused therapy, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), and self-compassion-focused approaches, that work for the individual client to help decrease common mood-related conditions such as anxiety, depression, and posttraumatic stress (PTSD).
