My name is Crystal, and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Indiana and Florida. I love helping people to be the best versions of themselves. I have over 16 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults healing from depression, anxiety, life stressors, and grief.
My true passion is working with individuals dealing with trauma-related issues. I am trained in Brainspotting Therapy in which I help those who have been impacted by trauma find lasting healing. We will work together when it comes to finding healing and how to live your best life.
