I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas with 14 years of post-licensure clinical experience, specializing in mood challenges, trauma, and addictions. I believe in providing a safe, collaborative, and client-centered therapeutic space where we can achieve your goals! Being solution-focused means that I am eager to get us on the path to finding personalized solutions for the concerns you're facing. This doesn’t mean I give unsolicited advice as if I’m the expert on how you should live, love, or be. Rather, I am here to collaborate with you to find what works in your unique life. I know starting with a new therapist can be a bit daunting for some, and that’s alright. I strive to keep this an even-handed, conversational, and productive therapeutic relationship at every turn by remaining open, empathic, available, and nonjudgmental. I offer traditional talk therapy, ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP), and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). KAP combines the rapid neurological effects of ketamine with structured therapeutic support, offering a powerful option for clients who feel stuck or have not responded to traditional approaches. ART uses guided eye movements to reprocess distressing memories, often bringing significant relief from trauma in as few as one to five sessions, without requiring you to relive painful experiences in detail.
