Courtney Williams, Licensed Master Social Worker

My name is Courtney, and I am a licensed social worker working toward my clinical social work licensure. Im passionate about helping you explore your full potential, develop goals, and identify tools and coping skills that support you in growing into the best version of yourself. We all struggle and feel challenged by life, but we dont need to go through it alone. I use different kinds of therapy to create a personalized treatment plan for each client. Some of the therapeutic modalities I utilize include mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and behavioral therapy techniques like behavioral activation. In our work together, I will be nonjudgmental, present, and compassionate as you share your story, experiences, and struggles. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my two boys, my partner, and my four-legged child, Kodak. I love trying new foods and cooking for the people I love. I also enjoy being in nature, camping, paddleboarding, and hiking.
