Courtney Adams, LCSW

As a therapist, I believe everyone has a story that makes them who they are. I want to help you tell your story and identify how we can work toward your goals for a healthy mind. I focus on finding your strengths, coming up with solutions, and developing coping skills to help address your concerns. I strive to create a safe, empathetic environment where you can feel understood and empowered. I earned my Bachelor’s in Psychology in 2014 from North Central College, and my Master’s in Social Work in 2017 from Loyola University. I have been a Licensed Social Worker in Illinois since 2017, and I became a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in 2024. During my career, I have worked in a variety of roles supporting both adolescents and adults. I have a special interest in crisis intervention and helping people work through life transitions. In my personal life, I am a wife and a mother to a beautiful baby boy. I am also a dog mom to two pups. In my free time, I enjoy reading, trying new crafts, and spending time with my family and friends. I look forward to being a part of your wellness journey.
