My goal is to meet each person where they are at while providing a calm and supportive space. I focus on real-world scenarios and direct experiences in life when teaching skills or exploring thoughts and emotions. I have found the most success comes when individuals can see how it is directly impacting them or what a skill may look like in practice from their direct experience.
