I am a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with 29 years of experience in the mental health field. My background as a registered nurse has given me a comprehensive understanding of complex mental health conditions. I treat depression, anxiety, bipolar, schizophrenia, schizoaffective, posttraumatic stress (PTSD), trauma-related concerns, substance use, and autism spectrum across the lifespan. I am committed to creating a compassionate, collaborative space where clients feel heard, respected, and supported.

I earned my Master of Science in Nursing from Norwich University in Vermont. I use evidence-based, patient-centered approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-focused interventions, along with medication management when appropriate. I believe healing begins with trust and open dialogue. I work closely with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that build coping skills, resilience, and confidence.
