Hello! My name is Claire Gordijn, I'm a licensed therapist (LMHC and LPC). My style is focused on navigating feelings and identifying values so we can move towards them. My passion is working with addiction, recovery, and first responders but I also love working with anyone in a transition in life or struggling with overwhelming anxiety.

I like to cultivate an environment of curiosity and honesty. I always work to ensure my clients have their autonomy in session with the point being they can make a decision with the knowledge of what the consequences and benefits would be. My sessions are safe to feel free, no matter how powerful the emotion, in order to navigate them more effectively.
