My Approach to Therapy

Therapy is more than learning coping skills, it's learning yourself. From your first call, our team is here to make sure you feel welcomed, heard, and supported, because asking for help is hard enough. I work with people who are tired of overthinking, feeling anxious, overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck and want to better understand themselves instead of just getting through the day. We'll build practical tools, learn to slow down, make space for emotions, and move toward the life you want at a pace that feels right for you. Therapy should fit you, not the other way around. I take an eclectic, strengths-based approach, blending practical tools, psychoeducation, and evidence-based techniques to meet your unique needs. Together, we'll build on your strengths, deepen self-understanding, and create meaningful, lasting change. Therapy with me is real, relaxed, and judgment free. Come as you are, cuss if want, disagree with me, ask questions, and be yourself, tears and all. I value authenticity, stay curious, and continue learning outside of sessions so I can better support you. My goal is to create a space where doing the hard work feels safe, comfortable, and collaborative.

My Practice & Services

Finding a therapist you truly connect with can be the hardest part of starting therapy. That's why we offer a complimentary 15-minute consultation, a relaxed conversation to see if we're the right fit for you. Personality, approach, and comfort all matter. You deserve to feel at ease with the person you're trusting with your story.

My Role as a Therapist

I believe your mental health deserves the same attention and care as your physical health. That belief shapes everything we do, from the quality of care we provide to the way we walk alongside you. Therapy is one part of a much bigger life journey. Our goal is not to keep you in the therapy room, but to help you build real confidence and practical tools you can carry with you. Over time, that means feeling steady enough to navigate life on your own terms, knowing the door is always open if you want to come back.
