Cindy Gonzalez, Licensed Professional Counselor

My name is Cindy Gonzàlez and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Colorado. As a therapist I work  to create a safe and non judgemental space where a client not only feels comfortable to work toward their goals, but empowered to make any change desired. Part of creating a safe space means cultivating an environment with a lack of shame where you feel you can bring all parts of yourself, including the complexities and “messiness” that comes with the human experience. This journey can be hard work and can lead to self-discovery, empowerment, and growth. I utilize a person centered approach to create a safe therapeutic relationship where the client can explore and process a variety of topics and experiences. I am to foster curiosity and a non judgemental approach to creating this safe space.
