What's My Approach to Therapy?
If you’ve experienced relational trauma, emotional absence, or the long-term effects of developmental wounds, you may feel stuck in patterns that leave you anxious, disconnected, or unsure of how to relate to yourself or others. You might also be navigating substance use or recovery and seeking a deeper understanding of what drives your choices and reactions.
I provide a steady, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where your experiences are seen, heard, and honored. Together, we explore the patterns that shape your emotions, relationships, and sense of self. My work is relational, trauma-informed, and somatic, helping you notice how your nervous system and early experiences impact your present life.
Sessions are paced to your needs, giving you the space to process, reflect, and experiment with new ways of relating. I partner with you to uncover insights, support emotional regulation, and repair relational wounds, so you can feel more grounded, connected, and whole. Healing is not rushed—it unfolds in the presence of curiosity, attunement, and steady care, and I walk alongside you throughout that process.
