Christopher Hawkins, Licensed Mental Health Counselor

Christopher Hawkins (AKA Topher) is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Massachusetts. He has spent years honing his skills in different settings, working with children, adolescents, adults, and their families who are struggling with the impact that trauma, depression, anxiety, bipolar, and other mental health challenges can have on individuals, families, and their behaviors.

This experience, combined with the Master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling I earned at Lesley University, has shown me how important it is to work collaboratively with the individual, family, and community resources to create a complete picture of a client’s needs. Using both evidence-based practices and expressive therapies, I work with clients to strengthen the tools they may need for growth and change. My goal for every person and family I work with is for both the individual and the family dynamic to build stronger communication, access coping skills, and gain a deeper understanding of self, and their relationship to self and others, to promote healing and become more self-reliant.
