I work with adults (ages 18 and over). I have evening and weekend office hours and can provide you with an expedited appointment if needed. My specialties are substance abuse and treatment of trauma/PTSD. Please feel free to call me with any questions or to set up an appointment. What I Love about Being a Psychotherapist

Being a psychotherapist is a passion of mine and I am proud to say that I love what I do. It is not only a job for me, I would also consider it to be a "calling". Being able to provide help to those who are suffering gives me a sense of purpose and fulfillment that I can not find elsewhere. I has enabled me to see the power of kindness and empathy and how having someone to talk to can make a world of difference.

Had a Negative Therapy Experience?

If you have had a negative experience in therapy in the past, that does not mean that you are not cut out for therapy. It may simply mean that you have not found the therapist whom is the right match for you. There are many different therapy styles and finding what works for you, will likely be your key to success in this experience. My style is warm, empathetic and judgement-free.
