Welcome — I’m Christina Jamison, LMHC. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply not like yourself lately, you’re in the right place. For the past 7 years, I’ve helped people move through anxiety, depression, trauma, and life’s transitions with more clarity, ease, and self-confidence. I also support athletes and performers who want to strengthen their mindset and reach their full potential.
My approach is warm, supportive, and very practical. Using cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and person-centered methods, we’ll work together to understand what’s going on beneath the surface and build real tools you can use in everyday life.
